Eleanor McCain; Florenceville songbird returns home to sing on tour with Symphony New Brunswick December 19 2012, 0 Comments

December 15, 2012 - New Brunswick Telegraph-Journal

Age? 43

Provenance? I grew up in Florenceville, in Carleton County.  After graduating from Mount Allison University, I moved to Toronto to continue my music training and career. Other than a few years in Montreal, I have lived in Toronto since 1991. But I am often back in the Maritimes because my heart is still here.

Why singing?  I have been sining since I was two or three years old. Singing is a form of expression for me.  I love that music is such a powerful and meaningful way to express deep emotion and connect with others.
